DOUGLAS Art Prints® Announces a New Print - The Yellow Cab

DOUGLAS Art Pirnts® announces another new print, this one a restored 1947 Plymouth Special Deluxe P/15 that has been beautifully restored into a Yellow Cab from that period. Actually the owner, Dennis Koenig of Mentor, Ohio restored the car in the likeness of the car in the 1950 Red Skelton movie "Yellow Cab Man".

This car has an abundance of character that seems to mimic that of the owner. Mr. Koenig even has a full time passenger in the back seat in the form of a woman mannequin properly dressed for the period. I knew as soon as I saw this car that I had to make a print of it.
