New Modern Art Web Site - DOUGLASArt.com
September 4, 2007 - Cleveland, Ohio - DOUGLAS Art Prints® announces a new web site for modern art, DOUGLASArt.com. This is an expansion of what was simply a web page on DOUGLASArtPrints.com.
Contemporary art is defined as "a genre of the fine arts created from the mid-19th century which strayed from traditional techniques and styles". Modern art is defined as "the art of the late 20th and early 21st century". So what is truly the difference? Not a lot if anything.
Because our art can be defined as either modern art or contemporary art we have expanded our marketing from what was primarily based on contemporary art to place more emphasis on modern art by spinning off the DOUGLASArt.com web page on it's own as a separate web site with a focus on attracting visitors looking for modern art. Yes, both sites are virtually identical and your purchase of art prints on DOUGLASArt.com will even be completed on DOUGLASArtPrints.com.
Same art prints on 2 separate sites simply intended to expand our marketing on the internet.
