DOUGLAS Art Prints® The Book
July 30, 2008 Cleveland, Ohio - DOUGLAS Art Prints® is pleased to announce the agreement to publish a book of Douglas' art prints. Negotiations with the publisher were finalized late yesterday afternoon. We have been asked to submit 50 of our picks for the editors to work with.
The original book discussions were for a book of Douglas' photographs and it is also set for the future but agreement was reached to immediately begin the process of publishing a book of DOUGLAS Art Prints®.

"This is an exciting new challenge. Picking my prints to be displayed in a book format and working with editors for a book publisher are new experiences," Douglas, the owner of DOUGLAS Art Prints® said. "I am anxious to see the promised bold four color blacks of my favorite black and white prints on high quality glossy book pages."
The concept for this new book right now is for a 10 X 12 hard cover "coffee table" book which is the usual format for art. Douglas also has to submit background information for many of the prints to be included in the book.
We are in the process of picking and submitting the art as well as writing the text to submit to the publisher. We plan on having the book published by mid September or before.
