August 24, 2008 - Cleveland, Ohio - Whitey's Army and Navy store in Medina Ohio is the subject of the newest DOUGLAS Art Prints® contemporary art print. "whitey's".  What almost seems like a made up character of a store or possibly something taken from the past this is a real store on the Medina Town Square today. 

August 9. 2008 0 Cleveland, Ohio - DOUGLAS Art Prints® is announcing the release of another in their series of contemporary art prints, this one simply titles "arches".  In the bold black and white Douglas is know for.  "arches" is the third and final print in the series taken from the 1930's vintage apartments here in Cleveland, Ohio, Edgeley Manor.

August 5,2008 0 Cleveland, Ohio - Today the Associated Press reported  11 charged in connection with credit card fraud.  "hacking of nine major retailers and the theft and sale of more than 41 million credit and debit card numbers", the report stated.  DOUGLAS Art Prints® wants to again let our customers know this can not happen to them.

"My customers are too important not to do everything possible not to let that happen to them," Douglas, the president of DOUGLAS Art Prints® said.  "I can't help but wonder how many small retailers are hacked but it doesn't make the news. I have invested time and money to make sure that can't happen to my customers."

DOUGLAS Art Prints® never has or stores any customer credit card information on any of their servers.  All of our customer credit card and personal information are entered on Nova Information Systems servers.

August 2, 2008 - Cleveland, Ohio - This newest addition to the limited edition series of DOUGLAS Art Prints® contemporary art prints is called "the apartment".  Our last print "the door" is in fact the front door to "the apartments".  We have another print coming from the Edgeley Manor 1930's apartments.

As we mentioned with the earlier print this historic apartment building has been beautifully kept close to the original. 

"I was there to take advertising photos but couldn't pass up taking some additional time for subjects for my art," Douglas, the artist and owner of DOUGLAS Art Prints® said.  "Just seeing the high rise buildings across the street that leveled similar architecture meant these could be gone next month."
